Andreas Papoutsis,

Director of Alumni Interviews

Andreas is a sophomore economics major from Westwood, California. He originally became interested in the field through his research of the Greek Debt Crisis, and has since developed a passion for economic policy. In the future, he plans on attending law school and working as an attorney for financial regulatory agencies, with the hopes of eventually transitioning into politics and legislative advising. In addition to UES, Andreas is a sports reporter for the Daily Bruin and an advisor for Matriculate, a non-profit that provides college counseling for low-income high school students. In his free time, there’s nothing he loves more than spending time with his dog and watching UCLA Football.
